CANCELLATION and Refund Policy

Scout Works

All bookings for services provided by Scout Works are subject to the following terms:

• 60 days or more before the scheduled date: Full refund.
   
• 30–59 days before the scheduled date: 10% cancellation fee.
   
• 7-29 days of the scheduled date: 25% cancellation fee.
   
• Within 7 days of the scheduled date or no-show: No refund.
   

• One reschedule is permitted at no charge if requested more than 14 days before the scheduled date.
   
• Rescheduling within 14 days may be treated as a cancellation.
   
• All rescheduled services must be completed within 3 months of the original booking date.

• Public Drone School Courses are not applicable for rescheduling
   

All digital products and course materials are non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by law.

If Scout Works cancels due to weather, instructor availability, operational, or safety reasons, clients may choose a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

Once approved, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days.
